Als Coach erforscht Lucas Forstmeyer das Mysterium des Mensch-Seins. Er hilft Menschen dabei, ihre inneren Anteile in Balance zu bringen und ein erfülltes Leben zu leben. Lucas hat außerdem Philosophie und Psychologie studiert, beendete seine akademische Karriere jedoch, als er begriff, dass er nach verkörperter Erkenntnis sucht. In dieser Episode erklärt Lucas anhand des "Internal Family System" Modells, wie Probleme durch verschiedene Anteile in uns entstehen und was das essentielle Selbst bedeutet. Außerdem sprechen wir über die richtige Balance im Leben, Lösungsansätze für Beziehungsprobleme, wie Veränderung messbar wird und was "Erleuchtung" wirklich bedeutet.
